As a Business Analyst (Student) for the “Offer to Agreement” Platform, you will:
• Get a unique opportunity to be part of designing and building future digital solutions based on customer needs
• Learn and apply agile development approach using SCRUM methodology
• Opportunity broad business knowledge of the company’s activities globally
• Work in a dynamic environment with skilled and dedicated colleagues
• Work directly with experienced strategy consultants (from McKinsey and Maersk Management Consulting) that transitioned into Product Development
• A flexible work schedule (~20 hours / week)
• Gain the competencies to continue your career in (digital) product development
The main responsibility for the Platform Business Analyst (Student), will be to participate and support on end-to-end product development:
• Explore and understand - Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders (incl. user of our digital tools) to identify opportunities for improvement
• Quantify - Conduct analyses and preparation required to identify issues, form hypotheses and draw conclusions
• Design & Build - Support in designing, building and testing a solutions that enable better pricing and capacity management of our products
• Go-to-Market – Support in cross-functional planning for go-to-market and launch, coordinate launch and follow-up with stakeholders afterwards to capture learning as feedback
The ideal candidate will have:
• Current enrollment in a Master’s program in your 1st year or towards end of Bachelor’s progam
• Outstanding academic performance
• Strong problems solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill (e.g. comfortable interviewing senior stakeholders/users independently)
• Thriving on assuming responsibility and achieving results –independently and as part of a team
• Experience or knowledge in Product Development or Product Design is a plus
