We are looking for a collaborative and experienced Salesforce administrator to join our Business Operations team. We are flexible on which of the Better Collective offices you might join, but would prefer if you are located in Copenhagen, London, Stoke-on-Trent, Niš or Belgrade.
We have rolled out Salesforce Sales & Service cloud across our Business Development, Finance, Legal and M&A functions in September, and your role will be to continue developing the tool to fit Business needs, onboard new users and administer Salesforce on a daily basis. You will have a particular focus on commercial processes, and will be the contact point for the different functions and users.
RESPONSIBILITIES

You have experience working with Salesforce as an Administrator and would like to gain more knowledge and grow your skills. You are responsible, like to dig deep into processes, and you try to fully understand user needs before proposing the best technical solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continue to roll-out Salesforce across the organisation and onboard new users and functions to the system
- Ensure user adoption across the organisation
- Gather feedback from users and other stakeholders and translate those into requirements to be prioritised
- Optimise workflows and processes and ensure they meet users needs
- Act as the service administrator and contact point for Salesforce & any consulting company
- Create and maintain documentations for standard operating procedures and best practices, ensure they are clear and followed across the group
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
You have experience working with Salesforce as an Administrator and would like to gain more knowledge and grow your skills. You are responsible, like to dig deep into processes, and you try to fully understand user needs before proposing the best technical solution.
If you recognise yourself in most of the below you might just be who we are looking for:
- Salesforce Administrator experience, ideally you also hold a certification
- Good understanding of commercial or sales processes and negotiation touchpoints, ideally related to partnership under affiliate models
- You are proactive, very structured, and love collaborating with others
- Good grasp of IT systems in general, very comfortable in a digital environment
- Reflective, willing to question status-quo
