TotalEnergies Marketing Denmark A/S now have an exciting job opening as we are looking for a key position as an experienced HSEQ & Sustainability Manager to join our team in Copenhagen!
You will join the Sales and distribution branch of TotalEnergies, where the Nordic Hub business lines are Automotive and Industry Lubricants, Bitumen, Special Fluids and Aviation fuels. In this role you focus on ensuring our road transportation safety, improve the quality and environmental performance, succeed with our CO2 emissions reductions, and contribute to and drive the new sustainability agenda. You will be based with our talented colleagues in the office in Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities
As the HSEQ & Sustainability manager, you will be responsible for all Health and Safety, Quality and ISO certification and Environment, Sustainability, and societal activities for TotalEnergies Nordic Hub. The activities covered are Sales, Customer service, transportation, and storage of products.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Health and Safety
• Ensure the promotion of the Company Safety culture in the Hub, including Safety+ requirements
• Ensure full compliance with all bitumen and lubricant transportation safety requirements, including audits
• Conduct audits, safety checks, safety tours, site safety assessments, work permits, safety green lights ect.
• Drive mandatory safety training
• Responsible for the Crisis Management and for coordinating the annual exercises
• Report HSEQ indicators and coordinate
• Report near misses, incidents and accidents, incl. REX reporting
Quality Management
• Ensure the ISO Certification
• Drive the Quality Management System and own the procedures
• Support the commercial teams in their responsibilities of product quality and deviances, root cause analysis tools etc.
• Report incidents
ESG
• Ensure compliance with environmental requirements for all operations
• Report on CO2 from Scope 2, and transporters
• Coordinate making a sustainability agenda and implement
• Drive a certification on Sustainability
• Coordinate making a Societal agenda and implement
• Coordinate Societal initiatives with TEPDK and drive participation in all countries
• Annual societal, environmental and Sustainability reporting
• Responsible for the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality policy of the TotalEnergies Nordic Hub
• Ensure compliance to group rules and that all Management systems are up to date
• Drive timely review of procedures
• Ensure legal review on all HS-Q-ESG activities twice a year
