Our Energy Systems Team is leading within the District Energy and Electrical infrastructure in Denmark, and we provide consultancy, engineering, and design services in Denmark and worldwide out of offices in DK, UK, SE, DE and US. We represent a truly international and dynamic environment and undertake projects in many parts of the world.
As Business Development Assistant at our Copenhagen office, you will support our managers and project managers in day-to-day proposal making and business development.

Join our Energy Systems Team

As Business Development Assistant at our Copenhagen office, you will support our managers and project managers in day-to-day proposal making and business development.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of pre-qualifications and proposals for existing or prospective clients
- Assist the proposal manager and Project Team on all administrative matters during all the steps in the proposal process
- Assist in the client relations process, ensuring that questions and needs are answered as completely as possible
- Optimise the tender working process in the team and establish guidelines and templates for effective tender completion
- Coordinate and support internal and external meetings and events
- Prepare high-quality presentations for workshops and other events or meetings
- Develop sales material
- Bring new ideas and methods for business development and client relation management into the team

- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Skilled in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with MS Project, Marketing Processes or Business Development and knowledge of various project management methods is advantageous.
- You are customer-oriented and are characterized by a self-reliant, reliable and structured way of working.
- A professional ability to express yourself verbally and in written form in both Danish and English.
