About the job:
As our new Business Development Manager you will be a significant part of our sales team, which today consists of five people. You will be a driving factor to reach our goals and growth.
You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and developing your own customer portfolio, and you will also have the opportunity to work with existing customers. You will therefore have a strong focus on new business development and book your own meetings, develop proposals, follow up, negotiate, etc. We will of course prepare you for the tasks through our onboarding/ training program.
Our sales process is solution-oriented and you have our technical consultants available for presale assistance in your sales.

- Developing new sales leads
- Advising about Improsec services to your existing accounts
- Maintaining active and beneficial relationships with customers in a proactive way
When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
- Screen new business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
- Evaluate options and resolve internal priorities.
- Recommend additional or follow up services
- Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
- Evaluate customers’ needs and goals.
Skills we can’t do without:
- Full working proficiency in English and Danish
- 5-10 years of proven experience in sales and/or payments with a strong track record
- Highly developed influencing and communication skills
- You have a valid driver's license and a clean criminal record
Skills we’d like:
- Experience with cyber security
- Experience with service selling
- Experience with enterprise companies
- C-level communication experience
