As our new Business Development Student Assistant you will be part of an agile Business Development Team.</p><p>We help drive business development and strategy implementation across Ramboll Management Consulting in Germany, Belgium, UK, US and the Nordic countries. We provide insights on markets, competitors and drive the strategy and business plan processes as well as implementing strategic initiatives. Lastly, we assist the global management teams on multiple projects and tasks.</p><p>The Business Development team works from Ramboll Head Office in Ørestad. You will work with colleagues from many other business areas within our global company. Our work culture is informal and appreciating of entrepreneurship.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Supporting strategic initiatives on both a strategic and operational level </li><li>Supporting leadership and other support functions with day-to-day tasks</li><li>Helping prepare structured and high-quality presentation material with a well-defined storyline</li><li>Conducting ad hoc based analyses on market and competitor outlooks</li><li>In charge of recurring analytical tasks</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong><br>

For this role, we believe you that you:</p><ul><li>Have completed the first year of your bachelor’s degree or recently started your master’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Political Science) with excellent results</li><li>Have good analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and experience with quantitative and qualitative methods</li><li>Have an ability to communicate complex information clearly (both verbally and in writing) and transform complex matters into a coherent storyline – always with an eye for value</li><li>Have experience or interest within the field of business development</li><li>Have solid interpersonal skills and superior communication skills in English – both verbally and in writing</li></ul><p>You like working in a high pace environment, where independence, proactivity and ability to deliver high quality is highly appreciated. We have a strong feedback culture and truly work as a team, making sure that everybody succeeds. You will have weekly check-ins to ensure we find the right workload and give feedback.</p><p>The average workload is 15 hrs./week (two days), but we expect you to be flexible.
