As our new Strategic Sourcing Consultant, you will execute various sourcing related projects across the indirect procurement categories as well as work with PMO related projects. You will work closely with various Pandora functions, and run your projects according to the six sourcing steps.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Executing sourcing projects according to Sourcing methodology (Six Sourcing Steps) – in our eSourcing software
- Providing recommendations for decisions in project Steering Committees
- Supporting and driving KPI reporting, including savings tracking with PMO
- Supporting the development of the sourcing toolbox, Procurement BI, contract management, master data quality and other enablers
- Support on ad hoc projects/tasks that exist in a Procurement department
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to travel up to 10 days a year to support our global organisation.

Furthermore, you are a confident communicator, and have the ability to make clear storylines and tailor them according to the audience.
You most likely have a relevant education within Procurement or Supply Chain, or alternatively from Law or a commercial degree. We also imagine that you have:
- 1-3 years of experience working with procurement or supply chain
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with managing large sets of data and presenting results in a simple manner
Your new team
You will be a key member of the Group Supply Chain, Global Indirect Procurement team, and report to the Director of Sourcing and PMO, Indirect Procurement. As a team, we link Pandora business stakeholders with the best performing suppliers in the industry and act as a trusted partner across Pandora when it comes to optimizing supplier spend – so we can reinvest money into Pandora’s future. We are a team of hungry, humble and results driven procurement professionals – with the ambition to become trusted business partners on procurement matters for all functions in Pandora.
We are currently setting up a truly Global Indirect Procurement team consisting of 23 people across Copenhagen, Baltimore and Shanghai. We are on a journey to create a category centric, agile and globally integrated procurement organisation enabling procurement to operate on the strategic as well as the operational level, and therefore need your skills to help us achieve this!
