Application Solutions Development Manager - Global IT

Right now, we are now looking for a new colleague, who would like to lead and develop our Application Solutions Development team, and who will be a key player in developing the best system solutions. Together with your team, you will be working with system changes and modifications, while taking care and monitoring the performance of our applications.
Lead a team of high-level application colleagues in Global IT
As leader of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth development machinery for full-scale ERP (MS Dynamics AX and Navision) and Dynamics CRM solutions across several countries in Europe and Asia. You will be a part of a unique team – consisting of 7 people working with application development, functional specifications, screening, investigations, and testing.
You will be leading a team that primarily is working within Dynamics CRM, Navision and Dynamics AX Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Finance and Operations, but you will also have multiple opportunities for exposure to processes and solutions within other functional areas, e.g., Business Intelligence and eCommerce. Furthermore, you will be reporting to the Director of Wholesale Solutions, and you will be working out of the Demant HQ in Smørum. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for the development of your own team in coordination with the overall direction and strategy.
Develop business processes across our system landscape
Joining Global IT, you can look forward to discus and develop business processes across the system landscape and contribute to an ongoing streamlining of our methods and processes.
To sum up, you can look forward to the following responsibility:
- Lead a team of 7 people consisting of Navision, Dynamics AX and CRM application consultants and developers. We work mainly with Microsoft solutions, following DevOps approach.
- Be in charge of promoting and maintaining good development practices with internal and offshore development teams
- Drive solution analysis, testing, optimization, and performance within the global solutions used in the wholesale companies
- Take part in global projects including possible upcoming ERP and CRM upgrades
- Ensure the best system solution for the processes in the wholesale companies in Demant
- Be an active member of the management team within IT, Wholesale Solutions; contribute with experience and knowledge to the future strategy and team development

Demant is a global company with more than 17,000 global colleagues, who all use our IT solutions. – To ensure this, you will have more than 400 colleagues across Europe, US and the Asia Pacific region supporting you. To connect with them and drive your approach in the most optimal way, you should expect 20-30 days of travelling each year.
We need your ERP experience
To succeed in the job, you need to have solid experience within ERP solutions in a global company. If you also exceed within CRM solutions it´s only a plus. You probably have some years of experience with core components/technologies in the area of Application solutions.
Furthermore, you see yourself leading an IT team in a virtual and global world. Knowledge within ERP architecture is also considered an advantage.
Finally, you keep your awareness of industry trends and technology advancements up to date. In your current position, you could be an IT leader of an application team, or an IT manger with experience in ERP and CRM services.
As a person you are self-driven and you create trust, have an innovative mindset with a can-do attitude and then you are of course a Team Player.
