Your responsibilities will be:

Project management responsibilities:

• Managing project scope and project activities in accordance with our

quality management guidelines

• Managing project budget and ensuring correct billing to the client

• Ongoing client contact during the project to manage Lead according to

NNIT’s value

• Drive key client engagements in terms of NNIT delivery and support of

Client Management

• Drive short-term and long-term pipeline management

• Unit strategy development for including communication and follow-up on

operational/strategic boards

• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in client

management activities, presentations and deliver input to bids and

agreements.

• Continuously drive business development including development and

adjustment of services, concepts, and prices.

• Financials including allocations, hourly rates, and profitability

• Personal development, taking responsibility for personal business,

competency and development targets and activities

Consulting responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of project activities – as client engagement

responsible

• Planning and execution of sales activities

• Participate in major customer and stakeholder engagements – during

both sales and delivery phase

• Analyze market for business opportunities

• Ensure proper communication and material for forecasting

• Demonstrate Operational Excellence Leadership

• Contributing to continuously developing our services and propositions

development (e.g. sales presentations, one-pagers, developing concepts)

• Manage any client complaints e.g. regarding project delivery and billing

• Competency targets

To succeed in this role, it is important that you:

  • Have an excellent communication skill. You will communicate with customers and external partners on a daily basis.
  • Can achieve results through negotiations on a strategic level.
  • Have an ability to convince parties of strategic issues where there are different points of view and conflicting interests.
  • Unifies multiple concepts and defines new directions or crucial improvements of products and/or services across field of work.

We also expect you to have:

  • Long Higher Education (Master) with supplementary education and min. 5 years of work experience.
  • Experience with specialist field of work.
  • Possibly management experience or detailed expert knowledge within a single field of work.

You will be a part of a team consisting of committed and professional colleagues, designing and developing complex intelligent business solutions for our customers within NNIT’s strategic segments.
