NNIT’s Enterprise Architecture function is responsible for an overall technical design of the standard services delivered to our customers, in addition, the team is also responsible for NNIT shared facility management infrastructure delivering services to our customers, including our private cloud service
Technical Compliance Coordinator
The Enterprise Architecture function is looking for a Technical Compliance Coordinator to facilitate that our shared facility management infrastructure can support NNIT being a Service Provider for a wide range of customers. The key to our success is that while customers may share infrastructure, they never share security.
To ensure that this remains true, every Shared Service is vetted continuously in its entire lifecycle from initial design over first build to subsequent implementations, modifications, and eventual decommissioning.
The work is organized around a cross-organizational, cross-functional Technical Security Advisory Council, anchored in NNIT’s overall management structure.
We are seeking a Technical Compliance Architect to be the new daily leader of the council. The role involves providing oversight and co-ordination to our internal architectural standards, to help ensure current and new services are developed in accordance with the NNIT standard processes and are compliant with applicable ISO standards, our Information Security policies, as well as our overall architectural governance process.
You will act as a Compliance expert in the approval of any Shared Services changes and be the safeguard that services remain compliant (or in compliance?).
The successful candidate will work as part of a team developing new and existing services and maintaining standards conformity for existing technical documentation. Working in a busy and evolving environment, you will have interactions throughout the business.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ITIL, ISO standards, GDPR and other regulations
- Experience working with technical documentation
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience of working within teams
- Experience coordinating senior technical staff to work together to develop and review complex standards (“herding cats”)

- Excellent technical reading comprehension
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to function in a highly regulated environment with a focus on compliance
- Organized, efficient and with strong administration skills
- Having a can-do attitude with an enthusiastic approach
- Good people skills and excellent communication skills
We appreciate if you have worked with IT outsourcing from a customer or supplier perspective where transition knowledge has been gained, and we consider it an advantage if you are able to manage complex communication and negotiations from different perspectives and interests.
Regardless of your background, the right drive and passion for creating strong relationships with your customers is at the heart of what we are looking for.
You have good Danish and English skills both orally and in writing.
