Your mission…
As the Medical Coordinator, you will optimize the daily operation of the Nordic medical team for our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division (LDB). The role reports to ACD Nordic Medical Director.
You will…
Supports and coordinate medical representatives Coordinate the execution of the medical activities for all LDB brands Organize medical "sales” meetings Manage prints and delivery of all the required material to field teams Acts as the link between the local head office and field teams on any operational issues (two-way communication, material delivery, etc.) Organize medical events at regional or national level (congresses, symposiums, webinar, round tables, advisory boards, …) in close collaboration with head of medical relations Lead administrative organization and management for medical detailing Monitor the whole medical budget (purchasing orders, …) Coordinate the arrival of new employees Your profile…
You have a bachelor’s degree in business or similar 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry or experience in pharma medical sales is desirable High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; experience with databases and managing business software is a benefit Experience of working as part of cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders. High customer-centricity and business acumen with ability to manage multiple projects with precision and accuracy in a very fast-paced environment You love a “to do” list and have strong planning and organization skills – with the ability to re-prioritize as required. You can work to a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines. Our daily working language is English (both spoken and written). We are looking for our new Medical Coordinator to start as soon as possible . The employment is permanent and located in our Copenhagen or Stockholm office.
