In this role, you will play a crucial part in our test production activities and provide support for new product development projects, spanning from R&D bench and pilot scale to full-scale production.In this position, you will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of our Research and Development (R&D) and production departments. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate test productions and raw material substitutions and be responsible for involving relevant stakeholders from across the organization.We are looking for a person, who is passionate about bridging the gap between R&D and production, and who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your expertise in project management will be essential in coordinating and overseeing the various stages of product industrialization include planning, executing, and documenting test productions in accordance with established processes.Furthermore, you will be expected to gain a comprehensive understanding of the products, processes, and approvals within your designated area. Additionally, your role will involve ensuring the successful transfer of products to Operations, Product Managers, and the Commercial team.What you’ll bring
You are a qualified chemical engineer/chemist or similar with a strong background as process engineer in catalyst or materials production or as development/scale-up profile in the interface of R&D and production. Experience with catalyst characterization and SAP production master data is an advantage.What you’ll bringYou possess the technical expertise and knowledge required to identify optimal production solutions while meeting the product requirements set by our R&D team. You have a proven technical ability to leverage the expertise of our internal experts and engage stakeholders to extract their essential knowledge.Your informal leadership skills enable you to excel in collaborating with stakeholders at various levels across the organization. You are adept at handling multiple and diverse tasks, and you enjoy facilitating efficient meetings involving multiple stakeholders.Your approach to work is structured, ensuring adherence to relevant processes, and you demonstrate a keen interest in maintaining necessary documentation. You are open to travel when required, such as supporting tests in Bayport, Texas, or participating in outsourcing projects worldwide (with less than three weeks per year).Fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English is essential, as you possess excellent communication skills in both languages.Why join us
