About the position:
We are currently looking for our new Business Developer. The position is new to EXHAUSTO – it is however the missing link between our Product Development and Sales. You will be part of a company with a strategy that focusses on Growth and innovation – as our new Business Developer, you will be a central player in order to meet our goals for the strategy.
As our new Business Developer, you enjoy collecting data from our markets and turning the data into actual business. You have experience from working in an international company, and you master communicating on all organizational levels. As the position is new, the right candidate will have the opportunity to develop your own position. You will refer to Senior Director, Marketing and Business Development.

Responsibility & Tasks in the position
- Identify opportunities in the market in close collaboration with the Product Management Team
- Be the main driver in the market and customer surveys across the Scandinavian Markets
- Build general knowledge around the new products to be able to assist our Sales Departments when launching - with support from Product Management
- Collaborate with all parties to ensure the right assistance at the right time to meet customer satisfaction
- Contribute in building partnerships with customers in close collaboration with our Sale Departments
- Organise training of the sales teams when launching new products
Personal Competencies
- You are motivated by results and commercial growth – and knows the importance of the right processes to support it
- You have a “can-do-it” attitude, and you are not afraid of a challenge!
- You have a well-structured approach in your daily tasks and projects
- You have an outgoing personality, who is not afraid to stand in front of a crowd
Background
- Education: a bachelor degree or the like
- Experience from an international company
- Fluent in English – understanding the Scandinavian languages is an advantage.
