Are you passionate about process improvements within the manufacture of tablets? Would you like to be part of a growing business area within Novo Nordisk? If that is the case, you could be the scientist we are looking for in our Oral Pilot Plant.
The position
As Pilot Scientist you will have a central role in the GMP productions of solid dosage forms of different development projects for phase I and II clinical trials. This includes participating in technical transfer of projects, preparation of Master Batch Records and related quality documentation for the production, incl. batch review and release of products.
During GMP productions, you will be working in close collaboration with the technicians in the department, providing technical as well as process support when needed.
Through LEAN tools you will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives as well as handle deviations as they occur.
Qualifications
• You hold a relevant master’s degree e.g., within Pharmaceutical Sciences or Engineering
• Preferably you have experience within the pharmaceutical industry and GMP manufacture of Solid Dosage Forms.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, where teamwork is at the top of the agenda, and with your positive mindset you are motivated by delivering result.
• Furthermore, we expect you to be ready to embrace changes and to have a strong can-do and quality mind-set.
• You have good communication skills and are fluent in both Danish and English.

About the department
In the Oral Pilot Plant, we are 25+ dedicated and enthusiastic colleagues, organised in two teams. We are responsible for the manufacturing of oral products for phase I and II clinical trials and cover a broad range of process technologies for solid dosage forms.
