The Position As a Senior Clinical Supplies Set-up Professional, you will play a crucial role in setting up, planning, and coordinating global clinical supplies across drug development programs. You will join our team of dedicated professionals in Clinical Supplies a part of CMC Development & Scaling in Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply, Quality & IT. Your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Plan and coordinate all clinical trial supplies, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and are timely and executable from a Clinical Supplies perspective.

  • Drive strong cross-functional stakeholder management, working collaboratively with CMC core teams, Clinical Drug Development, Regulatory experts, and other key stakeholders.

  • Identify and drive continuous process optimisation and development, ensuring that our team is always at the cutting-edge of industry advancements.

    • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A Master’s degree in Natural, Health, Pharmaceutical Science or similar.

  • 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position will be a plus.

  • Quality mindset and experience with regulatory requirements, e.g., GCP and GMP.

  • Data-driven, analytical, and methodical capabilities with flair for IT systems and tools.

  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Danish and English.

About the Department The Clinical Supplies Trial Set-up department consists of five teams who prepare clinical trials for supply execution by forecasting product demand, simulating trial supply execution, setting up supply systems and preparing regulatory documents for clinical trial applications. We pack and deliver drug candidates to patients participating in Novo Nordisk clinical trials worldwide, ensuring the right quality, amount, and timing of clinical trial supplies.
