We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and oversee the development of prototypes and the implementation of new manufacturing technologies. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, electronics, manufacturing or a related field, and be able to manage complex projects from start to finish. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and operations, it is therefore important that you know the value of working together and find it easy and fun to talk to many different people in a day.

The Job
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and oversee the development of prototypes and the implementation of new manufacturing technologies. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, electronics, manufacturing or a related field, and be able to manage complex projects from start to finish. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and operations, it is therefore important that you know the value of working together and find it easy and fun to talk to many different people in a day.
Specifically, your tasks will include:
- Overseeing the testing and validation of prototypes, and ensuring that they meet the required specifications
- Implementing new manufacturing technologies and processes, and ensuring that they are effectively integrated into production
- Identifying and resolving project roadblocks and obstacles, and providing creative solutions to improve project outcomes
- Demonstrating strong creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and driving project success
We would like it if you have:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or a related field
- Experience in project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage project teams
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and technologies, including 3D printing, CNC machining, and injection molding
