We are now looking for a Trial Manager to join the team, preferably with cardiology experience. We encourage you to apply! The Position As a Trial Manager you will be an essential member of the virtual Clinical Development Centre DK (CDC-DK)team supporting the clinical trial planning, execution, and finalisation across the nine CDC countries within Europe, by performing project management of trials. Your broad variety of tasks include:
  • Collaborating and interacting with adjacent affiliates and their clinical teams, Clinical Trial Administrators, Head Quarter Trial Managers, Region NWE Clinical Project Managers, and other Novo Nordisk colleagues.
  • Leading the team of local Clinical Research Associates within your assigned trials, focusing on stakeholder engagement, knowledge sharing, monitoring of trial progress and decision making within trial execution.
  • You will also be an integral member of the CDC Trial Managers virtual team, where proactive collaboration is essential. The position is virtual, which means that you may work from your home country, with a seat in the local NN affiliate and regular meetings in the DK affiliate.
  • The job requires that you apply a structured and analytical approach to processes and trial documents, such as recruitment strategies and follow-up, risk analysis and risk-based monitoring plans, retention plans, communication plans and execution and trial budgets.
  • Being detail-oriented, and able to maintain an overview, digest complex data and apply adequate level of quality in your work.
  • Qualifications
  • You hold an academic degree within life science or healthcare.
  • You have a solid knowledge of clinical trial planning, execution, and finalisation as well as project management.
  • You have experience in working with many stakeholders across nationalities and cultures.
  • You have a high proficiency in English.
  • You work independently while also being a dedicated team player.
  • About the Department The Clinical Development Centre Denmark in the Danish affiliate of Novo Nordisk is responsible for managing back-office activities, such as project management and administrative tasks on clinical trials across the nine countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland).
