Clinical Development Centre Denmark (CDC DK) in the Danish affiliate of Novo Nordisk is responsible for managing back-office activities, such as project management and administrative tasks on clinical trials across nine countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland). We are now looking for a Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) to join the team. The Position You will be a part of a growing CTA team currently consisting of nine dedicated CTAs and one manager. We are primarily located in Copenhagen, Ørestaden, however have a growing number of virtual colleagues. You will provide clinical trial administration support to the Danish Team with the support of a centralised CTA team. Your main stakeholders in the role are CDC DK Trial Managers and CRAs involved in assigned clinical trials. Other areas of responsibilities will be:
  • Primary support to the Danish CRA team that consists of 19 CRAs. Here you will be the primary CTA and the one point of contact in trial preparation, execution, and finalisation to facilitate the process towards timely clinical trial deliverables of required quality
  • Involvement in clinical trial submission via the EUCTR process, including preparing documents and creating submission packages, eventually becoming a Vault RIM SuperUser
  • Ensure oversight of trial documentation for assigned clinical trials, eventually becoming a Veeva Vault electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) SuperUser
  • Be an active member in the CDC-DK CTA Team ensuring alignment and providing ongoing optimisation of systems and processes
  • Ad-hoc tasks related to site management, contracting, invoicing, and shipping supplies
  • Qualifications We are looking for an engaged and dedicated colleague, an experienced administrative employee that enjoys being busy, variety and multitasking. Moreover, the ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Be energetic and positive for changes and thrive in an environment where not two days are alike
  • Experience in clinical research or knowledge of the clinical trials environment – ICH GCP, regulatory issues, SOPs is an advantage
  • As you will be the primary support to our colleagues in Denmark, we expect you to be fluent in Danish verbal and written skills and proficient in English
  • We work in Veeva Vault, eTMF and CTMS but it is not a requisite to have experience within the systems as long as you have a proven record of being curious to learn and explore IT systems
