Do you want to be a part of major decisions regarding the future prioritizing of the development plan for IT-solutions to the financial sector in Denmark? And can you bring your knowledge from the banking industry into our IT-solutions making them even better for our customers? Then it might be you we are looking for.

You secure the concept and drive the governance
As a concept manager you are responsible for the concept and the principles in our delivery model. You will drive the internal governance in our Business Authority Board (BAB), where you act as a facilitator and as a moderator. You will also be a part of the PI-planning across the organization and in general supporting implementation of the concept, which will give you a large network and high impact in the organization.

Your tasks will amongst other be to:

  • participate in workshops for optimizing principles, mandate and processes
  • secure alignment towards the strategy and the platform project
  • secure anchoring of the optimizations in the delivery model
  • secure the relevant documents to the meetings in BAB
  • facilitate relevant projects when needed
  • conduct information meetings internally

Your profile
To make decisions and to initiate actions to those is natural for you, with your structured way of working. You have the ability to think our solutions from the outside and in. You are good at selling your message and convince others about using our templates for the benefit of our customers. Delivering results and meeting the expectations from our customers is in your blood, like you easily adapt to changes in your work.

Furthermore, we would like you to have:

  • an economics degree, IT or banking education
  • experience within the banking industry with strong insight in our customers solutions
  • experience as a project manager or in cross functional roles
  • strong communications skills
  • strong professional English skills both written and oral
