Can you apply your in-depth knowledge of business development in financial institutions in dialogues with our customers to secure high level IT solutions with focus on optimization of processes? And can you use your knowledge of agile way of working and your wish for taking charge of the responsibility for the developing process to ensure that BEC’s business processes are effective? Then it might be you we are looking for.

You will take part in the design of optimization initiatives
As a business consultant in BEC you will be preparing business cases regarding optimization initiatives, together with developing product strategies within the business area in collaboration with the product owner, including assisting in ensuring that the solutions within the business area is up to date and stable. Furthermore, you will be participating in the daily support related work and test of the solutions and act as a sounding board for team when it comes to the business area.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Clarify and align expectations in relation to the needs of our customers in collaboration with the product owner
  • Break down and prioritize features to user-stories and defining accept criteria
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations and workshop with new and existing customers

There will be some traveling to our office in Warsaw and our customers.

Furthermore, we expect you to have:

  • A background within a financial institution, preferable within business development of IT
  • Experience working in an agile organization
  • Experience with negotiation and stakeholder management
  • Strong professional Danish and English skills both written and oral

Who are we?
You will be part of a team that consists of 7 employees in total. Your new colleagues have various competencies within business knowledge, IT development and IT architecture. In our daily work we use JIRA, Teams and Confluence. Your colleagues are eager to help you being a success in this position, as they will contribute to your development in the job. Besides this we have great benefits and a well-run staff club with a variety of activities and clubs, where you will have the opportunity to meet with colleagues outside of work hours.
