Is your drive to create value and make a lasting impact by helping banks better serve their customers? We're seeking a motivated talent to join our team in designing optimal customer journeys and effective business processes to enable next-gen banking experiences.
This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde, Denmark and you will join our Business Processes & Implementation team.
We are a small, dedicated team with an exciting pipeline of business projects. We work on a wide range of tasks and are closely aligned with senior management. With an outset in business ambitions, we believe that the key to good Fintech solutions is a solid understanding of our customers’ needs and challenges.
As business developer you will be supporting bec’s Product Management in nurturing new fintech solutions by providing the analysis needed to set the right direction. With a focus on value creation, you will be working with market and product discovery, customer journeys and bank business processes.
In addition to your analytical tasks, you will play a key role in maturing our organization to adapt a market, customer, and product centric mindset. This is carried out through development projects, training initiatives, ongoing communication, and stakeholder engagement.
You will work closely with our product managers and - owners, representatives from our co-development banks as well as the bec development organization.
At bec, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week on average. Your direct manager will be Manager Malene Baunsgaard.

- Conduct market research
- Prepare and carry out customer interviews
- Analyze as-is and design to-be business processes and customer journeys
- Facilitate workshops with bank representatives, demand and delivery line
- Further develop our concepts and methods
- Train and mature the organization within our field
- Engage with stakeholders.
To succeed you will have:
- Understanding of the financial sector, and preferably financial technology
- Knowledge of business process management
- Knowledge of customer experience/customer journeys
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and teach others
- Driven by being “the customer voice” in a large organization.
