We are searching for a Project Manager

This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde, Denmark and you will join our OPS Process Enablement team. The OPS Process Enablement team within the area IT Management oversees own ops processes, ensuring service levels are met, and provide excellent customer service. Support and enable Business Processes in [xxxxx], that balance stability, effectiveness, throughput, governance, compliance, and risk control.

The Project Manager role is a pivotal role responsible for supporting the manager and the team building the team culture for tomorrow, running and improving our processes as well as the development of the process platform, at the same time assisting in the complying with ISO 27002 and similar requirements.

At present some of the priority activities is making sure that the framework around the processes runs smoothly, including make sure we have optimal workload by adaption year wheels. Make sure inbound requirements are implemented in the processes and that our tools get continuously optimized supporting our processes at their best.

At [xxxxx], we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Sys Mortensen.

Primary task and responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Champion and facilitate cultural change within the company, promoting a col- laborative and innovative work environment.
  • Regularly review and analyze process performance; propose and implement im- provement initiatives based on findings.
  • Encourage innovation in process management to achieve efficiency and effec- tiveness.
  • Mentor team members on best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Support and synchronization of activities with annual goals, ensuring timely and successful delivery of objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of initiatives.
  • Work closely with other teams and departments to deliver on projects and pro- grams that improve our deliverables of services.

To succeed you will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ITSM and project management
  • Preferably, you have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Project Manage- ment, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A curious mind with an open nature and desire to drive initiatives.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

It’s nice-to-have:

  • Proven track record of managing complex IT Projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Prince2 or similar project experiene
