At dol-sensors you will become part of a growing but agile team of Hardware, Software, Vision and Machine-Learning developers.
You will bring products to life by working with mechanical development from concept to final production implementation. This is a challenging position with high degree of independence and room to make a difference.
You will be faced with various use-cases, product architectures as well as special materials.

You will be faced with various use-cases, product architectures as well as special materials.
Responsibilities:
- Mechanical development in new projects as well as product updates.
- Idea, concept development and prototyping.
- Specifying, designing, and documenting mechanical components.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models for components and assemblies.
- Work with internal and external manufacturing supplier to ensure cost-effectiveness and design for manufacturing (DFM).
- As part of the team continuously to improve and mature our way of working.
To have success in this role we expect you to have the following qualifications:
- A degree in mechanical engineering, or a related discipline, or relevant professional experience.
- Motivated by hands-on mechanical design and product development in CAD.
- Experienced with CAD and PLM systems, preferably SolidWorks or Autodesk Fusion 360.
- Experienced in development of Mechatronics modules.
- Experienced with several types of materials, and it would be an advantage if you have application know-how of hot-melt, PUR casting products.
