To enable this, we are looking for a Coordinator that can help us improve our processes across the Nordic Region.
In the newly established position as Coordinator, you will have a direct reference to our Vice President for the Nordic Region, whom you will be working closely with to improve and implement processes that enable a further development of the organization in the Nordic Region. Your work will focus on enabling you and your colleagues to utilize synergies across the region while enabling the digitalization of the green agenda. Furthermore, you will also have a close collaboration and receive support from our different functions in headquarters.
A job with focus on supporting and improving processes
In the job, you will be working closely together with the VP Nordic Region and the rest of the Nordic Management team to enable the implementation and improvement of sales and service processes. You will also be working with many colleagues across the organization to support these implementations and improvements, which, in turn, will afford you many opportunities to try out project-, and change management.
More specifically, your tasks will be to:

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and experienced colleague to help us take our business in the Nordic Region to the next level. As a person, you thrive when collaborating with others and you are an effective communicator across organizational levels, as well as with external stakeholders. Your natural ability to keep an overview helps you in coordinating many different actors at a time and allows you to support the Nordic Region to succeed with its goals. You have a keen sense of curiosity and attention to detail, which enables you to contribute important inputs to process implementation and improvement.
There are many entry points to this position, but we imagine that you hold a bachelor’s or master’s in Economics and Business Administration or similar, and that you have 2-3 years of experience. Preferably you have experience as a Coordinator or Process Facilitator, ideally also with experience within process implementation and improvement, and/or change management. You thrive as the go-to person for process questions and suggestions and your experience working with processes has given you a broad knowledge which helps you effectively support the organization.
It is a requirement that you master English – both orally and written. You should be capable of communicating verbally in the Scandinavian languages.

- Involve in the development of the Nordic Region’s overall strategic direction and to support selected initiatives and projects
- Take active part in the governance of the region and operational management setup
- Ensure implementation and improvement of processes across the region by implementing and following up on activity plans and through documentation
- Help gather and maintain documentation of the Nordic Region’s business performance, strategic initiatives and processes
- Support controllers and the Management team with business and market analyzes to evaluate progress on business plans and quantify new opportunities
- Support the VP by, amongst other things, managing calendars, meetings, presentations, travel arrangements, and by following up on actions with the Management team
