THE POSITION
To strengthen the OEM/Energy team and with direct reference to the Sales Director, we are searching for a BD Manager/KAM with great technical insight and expertise to handle the OEM market. The position is located in Slagelse - Region Zealand.
Today the company collaborates with several customers on the development of energy- efficient OEM products and the strategy is to grow and expand the market further.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the Go to Market strategy including developing the corresponding product roadmap and value proposition to be used within both the HVAC segment and alternative segments, who can benefit from the companies energy-efficient solutions available.
You will provide technical guidance and take part in innovation and customization meetings with the OEM customers of modern energy-efficient solutions, for a variety of projects with the OEM customer and conduct required commercial negotiations in order to conclude contracts.
You will also have a close and active co-work with the internal sales and documentation team, that supports you daily.
THE CANDIDATE
Today you hold a similar job position and have at least 5 years of relevant technical sales, business development/product management experience, preferably within industries, where fluids are used for energy transfer.
To succeed in your work, we require technical skills, and expect you to hold a diploma/bachelor’s degree as Engineer; Mechanical, Electrical or within Energy Technology, Marine Engineering or similar. It is an advantage if you have supplemented with a commercial insight within product management, technical solution selling or equivalent.
We value an open-minded personality, strong drive, and natural ability to pursue opportunities as well as achieve results and respond to the market trends in an efficient and proactive way.
Travel activity is required: + 50 days/year.
LANGUAGE
You are fluent in Danish and English (written and oral), additional languages are a plus.
EDUCATION
Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Technology, Marine Engineering or similar
IT
You are a skilled user of IT. (MS Office) is required.
