Joining our team, you will be a valued part of Demant’s international HR function at our HQ in Smørum. We are app. 40 people working to deliver an exciting array of HR deliverables to a wide portfolio of our companies in DK and abroad.

Our talent acquisition team consists of 10 people with different educational backgrounds and experience levels. We are responsible for hiring +350 new talents for the organization each year.

You will be working in a close collaboration with your talent acquisition colleagues and help them generate a portfolio of qualified candidates for our vacancies through an active search process.
Your tools vary, and sometimes it is LinkedIn Recruiter, network connections or cold calling interesting leads from other sources that get the deal closed. No matter what, you will have to think out of the box to get the contracts signed.

If you aspire to one day become a full process owning Talent Acquisition Consultant, we are ready to help develop you in that direction.

As an extra add-on we are also ready to offer you various employer branding projects such as making videos for SoMe, attending career fairs, company visits, hackathons etc. or working on long term strategic employer branding efforts to be top of mind in the target group.

People and communication skills

To thrive and grow in your new position, we hope that you have substantial experience with research - preferably from a recruitment agency.

You are a superstar when it comes to stakeholder management and know by heart how to communicate when you talk to candidates from various business areas, and you have a keen eye for selling career visions and creating engagement.
