Do you have a keen interest in defining and handling commercial approach projects from initiation to completion? Are you motivated by connecting and mobilizing people across teams and markets, to encourage a project culture with teamwork, transparency, and can-do attitude? This newly established position is instrumental in our goal to "assist more people to hear better." The role will be responsible for project managing an update to our current commercial playbook for clinic staff and regional leaders, reaching over 4,000 professionals globally. The project will include updating existing pillars and adding new relevant content. Clinic staff includes hearing care professionals and clinic care coordinators. The project is expected to span over two years and will include ongoing milestones.
You will be the point person in a project that will affect all markets and have substantial influence on how we leverage best practices. You will work closely with local leaders in commercial functions, typically sales managers and sales trainers, the global head of Audiology, as well as SMEs in global roles within marketing and commercial excellence. Additionally, you will work in and with different cultures and develop a deep intercultural understanding and capabilities.

You will join the Commercial Learning & Training team consisting of nine people, with three working remotely from the US and Ireland. We support over 20 markets across the world. The position is based at our Head Office in Smørum, Denmark, and you will report to the Director, Commercial Learning & Training.
Our Hearing Care organization (B2C) has experienced significant growth organically and through acquisitions and today we are a well-established global hearing aid retailer with activities in 20+ markets. We are experiencing the benefits of implementing more commercial initiatives across the business and are determined to amplify the commercial foundation to champion the position as modern hearing care experts.

- Defining project scope: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Resource Management: Coordinate tasks to project members and manage schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Quality Assurance and documentation: Monitor project progress and perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.
- Implementation: Plan and facilitate phased implementation of project with key stakeholders within both global and local leadership and follow-up accordingly.

- Communications skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Educational Background: Master’s degree within relevant field.
