As Clinical Project Lead, you will take on a senior role with extensive project management responsibilities. You will lead the global cross functional study teams driving the clinical trials successfully towards completion. Your responsibilities will also include:
• Ensure project key deliverables are met on time, at a high quality and within budget by using your extensive project leadership
• Ensure solid operational trial management knowledge and experience
• Lead the global study team, ensuring effective communication, information flow and team spirit through a positive, challenging, and inspiring working climate
• Assume accountability for end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of 1-3 global trials
• Be a team lead of group of designated activities for which you will be overall accountable As our new Clinical Project Lead, you will contribute directly to our core business and our focus on delivering new innovative treatments to the benefit of patients. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A MSc in Natural Science and five years of relevant experience
• A BSc in Natural Science or equivalent with at least seven years of relevant experience (e.g., CRA, Trial Manager, study nurse, CTA)
• Extensive clinical project management experience and the ability to impact the execution and improvement of core clinical processes
• Strong people and leadership skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills About the area
Working with trial management in Serious Chronic Diseases and Outcomes, you will join a truly international team, leading the development of an expanding portfolio in, for Novo Nordisk, new therapeutic areas. Together we develop new treatments for patients with unmet medical need within cardiovascular diseases, chronic kidney diseases, and Alzheimer’s disease. We are also responsible for planning and driving large outcome trials in a broad range of indications. Working in the area, you will have the opportunity to work with trials spanning from small Mode of Action trials to large CVOTs.
