The position
In the Development and Operations Team, you will develop and maintain innovative and seamless end-to-end processes across trial and document management. You will be part of a tight-knit Agile team working by the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to secure business needs and GCP-compliant trial management.
The team will ensure alignment and adjustments between detailed configurations in the Veeva Clinical Suite - Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), Study Start Up (SSU), and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).
Some of your key activities will be to: Ensure that workflows and processes across the Veeva Clinical Suite deliver value and efficiency in the day-to-day work for clinical operations globally and their counterparts in clinical development. In addition to the Veeva Clinical Suite, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes across IT systems supporting clinical development, clinical supplies, and regulatory affairs. Responsibly testing the workflows as the system is developed and updated and taking part in developing user-friendly communications and training material to enable users to effectively perform their daily activities. Furthermore, you will take part in the day-to-day support of end users as second-level support to the dedicated help desk. Qualifications

A successful candidate should have: A MSc degree within IT, Business, Health Sciences, Library Sciences, Engineering or another relevant field and 3+ years of working experience, or a BSc degree within same fields and 5+ years of working experience. Solid experience from Clinical Trial Operations, e.g., working as a Senior CRA, Senior CTA, Senior Trial Manager or Senior Data Manager. Data structuring, reporting, archiving, process optimization and IT operations experience as a seasoned professional. Experience working in Agile. Knowledge about Product Development and Design.
