Coordination Manager to our M&A and Project Financing department

Your new team
Our M&A and Project Financing team consists of 11 colleagues at the headquarter in Søborg, Copenhagen, as well as three colleagues in the US, Brazil and Portugal. We are responsible for acquisition, financing, in- and divestment processes. We are involved in financial modelling, investor management, negotiations with banks regarding construction and project financing, as well as participating in the sale of the projects that we develop at European Energy.
Your new role
As Coordination Manager you will be responsible for coordination and administration of our internal tasks. You will take charge of a big variety of topics to ensure that things are in order internally as well as with clients externally.

Your new role
As Coordination Manager you will be responsible for coordination and administration of our internal tasks. You will take charge of a big variety of topics to ensure that things are in order internally as well as with clients externally.
A typical everyday life
- You will be responsible for overseeing the suppliers (including agreements) and the internal users of our Virtual Data Room (VDR) solution.
- You will coordinate input of department information and control system updates with the developers in our project management tool.
- You will update and manage our stakeholder database (CRM), and identify potential investors and banks for specific transactions.
- You will prepare an internal budget for the various transactions including external advisor fees, VDR cost, internal resources, etc.
- You will prepare and standardize the department’s presentations as well as reports for internal and external use.
- You will organize the deal pipeline and coordinate team allocation.
- You will ensure that the gate overview for our projects is up-to-date and that data quality is maintained, e.g. sanity-checking inputs obtained and coordinating adjustments with the various market teams.
- You will support in the structuring meetings including coordination of follow- up actions and, presentations to Investment Committee based on the team’s input.
- You will create market intelligence and consolidate public deal information and prepare clipping for internal consumption.
- You will function as our event coordinator by organizing and scheduling conferences and events for the team members to attend.
To thrive in the job we imagine
- You have a background within Business Management or Economics
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience
- You are full proficient in English, oral and written
- You have experience with basic budgeting
- You are a solid user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
