The Medical Affairs department in Novo Nordisk is on a journey to fully integrate the use of digital multichannel communication into our educational activities and the ongoing medical dialogue with the scientific community.
The Medical Multichannel Engagement team is a growing team and currently consists of 10 highly experienced professionals responsible for developing the international communication channels, content, and engaging with the scientific community The job As a Multichannel Activation Partner, you will collaborate closely with medical experts, legal, multichannel colleagues, compliance, and our creative & media agencies to plan and execute the campaigns in the highest possible quality. Your primary responsibilities include: Planning, developing, and executing medical communication campaigns using 3rd party media, search, and social media tactics Report campaign performance to management and identify areas of improvement in close collaboration with our Senior Multichannel Activation Managers Qualifications As an ideal candidate, you have: A relevant Master’s level degree (communications, business, IT or similar) 2-3 years of professional experience developing communication/marketing campaigns using 3rd party media, search media, and/or social media, e.g. from a digital/creative agency or comparable company Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience, e.g. as a marketing manager Experience with medical communication or pharmaceutical marketing is an advantage, but not required. Fluency in both spoken and written English is a requirement. As a person you are outgoing with a positive and entrepreneurial mindset. You set ambitious goals and strive for excellence in the way you collaborate and drive results.
