As Clinical Project Lead, you will take on a senior role with extensive project management responsibilities. You will assume accountability for end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of several Clinical Pharmacology trials across several projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Work closely with the Clinical Pharmacology Specialists and with a group of designated Global Trial Manager and Clinical Trial Administrators
• Manage the studies and clinical activities for which you will be overall accountable
• Ensure that project key deliverables are met on time, at a high quality and within budget by using your extensive project leadership As our new Clinical Project Lead, you will contribute directly to our core business and our focus on delivering new innovative treatments to the benefit of patients. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: • A MSc in Natural Science and five years of relevant experience or
• A BSc in Natural Science or equivalent with at least seven years of relevant experience (e.g., CRA, Clinical Project Manager, Local Trial Manager)
• Extensive clinical project management experience preferably from phase 1/Clinical Pharmacology trials
• Ability to impact the execution and improvement of core clinical processes
• Strong people and leadership skills, excel in stakeholder management and comfortable taking the lead and are a strong communicator. About the department
In our project area we cover the entire spectrum of clinical activities within the Diabetes disease area from early phase 1 trials to larger phase 3a programs and phase 3b/4 life cycle management activities on our marketed products. The department specialises in the conduct of Clinical Pharmacology trials, including first human dose trials. This means you’ll have the opportunity to work on smaller specialised trials, in close collaboration with colleagues across our affiliates and CRO’s. Working at Novo Nordisk
