Then, this is your chance as we are looking for a Training Project Manager to join Scientific Excellence team within M&S Centre of Expertise (CoE). Apply now! The position As Novo Nordisk is scaling and entering into new therapeutic areas and endeavours related to disease, diagnostics, device, data and digital solutions (5Ds), we are looking to build an internal drug development academy for colleagues in M&S within Clinical Drug Development. You will play a key role to bring this vision to reality. Collaborating closely with your drug development experienced colleagues in Scientific Excellence and leveraging your expertise in training and competency development, you will identify and address the organisational training needs and develop fit-for-purpose trainings for your M&S colleagues. In addition, ensure that we offer up-to-date competency development supported by modern technologies and digital possibilities to facilitate the best learning and development. Your main responsibilities: Coordinate and plan individual modules in the internal drug development academy Collaborate with colleagues from Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Early Research, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, Patient Access, Health-economy etc. to develop the modules Potentially engage with external vendors for some modules The place of work will be in Søborg, Denmark (near Copenhagen). We have flexible working options which also include the possibility of working from home e.g., 2 days a week. Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, you have: Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Natural Science or other relevant field such as communication or education Proven track with learning management from a global organisation At least 2 years of relevant experience in training and project management including working with digital tools Proficiency in spoken and written English Experience within the life science industry, specifically in clinical development, would be a great asset but not a requirement As a person, you are motivated to drive new initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment. You are self-motivated, proactive, engaged, and full of good ideas with a can-do attitude. You are a team player and you thrive working across departments in an international organisation. You can easily network and work seamlessly with people from other skill types and cultures. Additionally, we value curiosity, empathy, and a good sense of humour. About the department M&S CoE is part of Clinical Drug Development in Novo Nordisk A/S. We aim to connect the M&S organization while driving scientifically sound medical deliverables across the Novo Nordisk project portfolio. We operate with a portfolio mindset supporting the Novo Nordisk overall strategy through cross-project initiatives and academic partnerships, to lead drug development to the benefit of people. Together with the projects, we ensure a high scientific standard and facilitate innovation in clinical trials. Moreover, the M&S CoE facilitate the onboarding and competency development for medical specialists and clinical pharmacology personnel across M&S. In our department, Scientific Excellence, we are a team of 8 colleagues with highly diverse backgrounds, both geographically, educationally, and way of thinking/working, which we appreciate as it gives us good ground for discussion and feedback.
