Apply now and let's shape the future together!   The position As an International Lead Programmer (ILProg) at Novo Nordisk, you will leverage your expertise to challenge existing standards and drive impactful solutions. With a result-oriented approach, you will break down complex issues into practical solutions while optimizing business results. You are a strong project manager who thrives in a large organization and understands the importance of stakeholder management. For Cagrisema, Obesity, Liver Diseases & Devices your responsibilities will be to:
  • deliver results through colleagues and by own contribution

  • define project programming strategy and ensure data alignment across studies

  • be fully responsible for the Clinical Data Flow and the accessibility of data within project

  • be main contact to stakeholders regarding clinical data within the project

  • Communicate clearly and efficiently across skill areas and different organizational levels

  • Drive the creation of the data package for submissions

  • You will participate in cross project tasks and knowledge sharing through ILProg Forum. Knowledge of CDISC and submission standards is a requirement in this position. Qualifications The core requirements to succeed in this position are:
  • MSc or PhD in Natural or Technical Sciences (or equivalent theoretical background – please qualify in application).

  • At least 5 years of experience within clinical development or biostatistics

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive projects as a proactive team member

  • Ability to drive progress autonomously, setting the direction with foresight and proactive decision-making

  • Expert programmer within SAS, R and/or Python

  • Experience within submission preparation of clinical data to authorities

  • As a person you have a positive mindset and a passion for fostering constructive innovation. About the department Biostatistics department is a part of Data Science organization and consists of close to 300 statisticians and statistical programmers globally. About 200 are situated in Denmark in Søborg and Aalborg offices. Biostatistics is organized in smaller units within clinical therapeutic areas ensuring close collaboration with our various stakeholders. We perform our scientific and programming work primarily in-house, thus we offer a wide variety of tasks and challenges and provide a strong scientific community.
