The position In the Digital RBQM Team (Risk Based Quality Management), you will develop and maintain innovative and seamless end-to-end processes that serve trial monitoring and oversight within Clinical Operations. You will be part of a tight-knit Agile team working by the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to secure business needs and GCP-compliant trial oversight. The team is currently undergoing a journey together with an external vendor from which we have bought a SaaS (Software As a Service) solution. The goal is to digitize and enhance (manual) processes and take advantage of cutting-edge technology within the industry to bring central monitoring and trial oversights to the next level. Some of your key activities will be to: Ensure that business requirements are understood, communicated, and converted into deliverables for the process Team Engage in enhancing current processes around clinical trials and central monitoring Contribute to enhancing risk assessment processes Take part in the planning and execution of onboarding new trials to the digital solution and ensuring end-user buy-in Seamless collaboration and engage in refinement sessions to conceptualize digital solutions We offer you the opportunity to learn while cooperating with experienced Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and process experts and interacting with stakeholders across the global organization. Qualifications
We are looking for people with a positive and solution-oriented mindset, who are curious and dare to take calculated risks. Fully dedicated to ensuring the team's goals and successes are achieved. To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have: A MSc degree in Health Sciences, Business, or another relevant field and 3+ years of working experience, or a BSc degree within the same fields and 5+ years of working experience Experience in clinical trials, as a Clinical Research Associate or Trial Manager (TM) preferably TM Proven track in centralised monitoring and risk assessments Awareness re ICH GCP E6 and E8 re. Risk Based Quality Management (RBQM) and FDA guidelines (industry knowledge about RBQM tools and technologies) Business process optimization and structured documentation It would be a strong advantage if you have: Experience working in Agile Knowledge about Product Development If you cannot tick off all the qualifications, then apply anyway.
