Are you ready to lead a transformation? We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Transformation Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives that will shape the future of our organization. As our Transformation Manager you will collaborate closely with the global leadership team and work closely with global functions. You will report directly to our CEO, David Skov.

The MT team of +1100 industry professionals offer training and other services across all continents with a network of worldwide training facilities.
The industries MT serves are changing fast, with an unprecedented energy transition underway and the competitive landscape is changing rapidly. MT launched an ambitious strategy in 2022 to transform and grow the company with technology as a key enabler.
As the Transformation Manager, you will be the architect of change, responsible for conceptualizing and coordinating the execution of our transformative initiatives.
Key responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate global transformation initiatives together with initiatives leads.
• Support and insight: Securing buy-in from all stakeholders, particularly senior management and employees. Supporting and encouraging transformation initiatives by making them accessible, relatable and valuable to key stakeholders. Gathering data and insights into the overall implementation of the transformation program.
• Strategic alignment and leadership: Make sure that all transformation activities are aligned with the strategic objectives of the organisation and can provide the most value. Build the clear link between MT’s strategic objectives and clearly relate it to employees across the entire organization.
• Adoption and project management: Setting the right cultures, practices and frameworks in place. Make sure pre-existing cultures and practices are conducive for the new change implementation. Handle general everyday project management. Ensure reporting is real-time and data is accurate.
• Portfolio management and project prioritization: Optimizing resources, minimizing risks and ensuring focus on no regret moves. Influence which projects are prioritized in alignment with the strategic objectives of the transformation program.
• Benefits realization: Implementing a robust benefits management framework to make sure all transformation initiatives can be linked back to a strategic objective and thus are generating the intended value for the organization.
We are looking for
• Proven experience leading successful organizational transformations.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of driving innovation and change.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and their applications in business transformation.
• Relevant certifications in change management or transformation are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a complex, global, and fast-moving environment
• Superior problem-solving skills; fast to output, tenacious, and resourceful
• Well-developed analytical strategic mindset and verbal- & written communication skills
• You are a relationship and trust builder and hold strong stakeholder management skills; ability to connect and work across functions and disciplines and engage with all levels of organization, from CEO to frontline.

Expect to spend 1-2 days a week in the MT HQ in Svendborg as well as traveling with CEO to visit our global businesses.
The role can be based out of our Svendborg or Copenhagen Office.
