Do you have previous experience leading and building a sales team, have the drive to succeed, and able to inspire people?
Then a role as our next Business Development Manager for the DACH region could be perfect for you.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a qualified team leader who can help build, grow, and develop a sales team of approx. 7-10 Business Development Representatives (BDR) from our office in Berlin, Germany. You’ll be the point of contact for all team members and it is your responsibility to coach, support and inspire them to reach new heights. We believe leading by example is important, thus we expect you also have proven success in a similar B2B sales role.

What you will do

  • Hire skilled and ambitious BDR's to meet company hiring plans in collaboration with our internal recruitment team
  • Train and coach BDR's in relevant product use-cases and sales methodology to maximize performance and development in alignment with Templafy’s go-2-market strategy
  • Making positive and coaching inquiries on calls to continuously improve and tweak BDR outreach
  • Being present with your team - manage and arrange BDR activities/celebrations and more.
  • Performing 1:1's with the focus of constant improvement and career development
  • Performing innovative actions that engage and energize the team
  • Set and communicate clear team goals
  • Ensure the team meets the goal from a team and individual perspective
  • Work closely with the rest of the Business Development Managers around the world

You will report to the company’s Global Head of Business Development.

Desired skills and experiences

  • 18+ months of proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Experience in a call environment
  • Articulated and able to communicate effectively
  • Target-driven by weekly/monthly sales goals
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Native German and fluent in English
