As the HRBP & Development Manager Nordics, you will play a key role in ensuring that HARIBO Nordics has the right talent, development programs and HR processes to support our business strategy. Reporting to the Nordic HR Director, you will work closely with HR colleagues, leadership teams and Corporate HR to drive strategic initiatives in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement and Organizational Development.

As the HRBP & Development Manager Nordics, you will play a key role in ensuring that HARIBO Nordics has the right talent, development programs and HR processes to support our business strategy. Reporting to the Nordic HR Director, you will work closely with HR colleagues, leadership teams and Corporate HR to drive strategic initiatives in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement and Organizational Development.

- Develop and implement strategies for employee and organizational development
- Act as the first point of contact for training and development-related inquiries
- HR Business Partner for key business areas
- Design, implement, and manage Nordic training and development programs
- Conduct skills gap analyses and create relevant training materials
- Identify leadership development needs and implement programs to support career growth
- Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and team-building workshops
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring continuous development
- Support change management efforts and organizational transitions
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to leadership
Ingredients that you bring with you
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Leadership, or similar
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar HRBP or Development Manager role, ideally in FMCG
- Strong understanding of modern HR practices, talent management, and learning & development
- Experience with digital learning tools and HR analytics is a plus
- Knowledge of labor law and HR compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work both operationally and strategically
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
