Service Nordic Service Operations Nordic Planning Nordic
You will become part of Vestas North and Central Europe, which is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and south of Africa. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas North and Central Europe the best place to work.
You will have a central role in the team where you will be the key person in defining relevant data and analysis to be made, to ensure that the management team has a solid data foundation for key decisions.
Hence, we are looking for a candidate with a good understanding of where the data comes from as well as understanding how to use tools such as power BI. We do not expect you to be able to perform heavy analysis, as you can get support for that part. The crucial part of the role is the ability to define relevant data and how to analyze it to use it for strategic decisions.
On a day to day basis you will have key task such as supporting our organization in setting up and analyzing BI reports and capture current Service performance and plan the optimal resource mix in collaboration with Nordic Master Schedulers.

Responsibilities
- Supporting management team with initial data and data analysis needed to investigate and develop the different areas of the business
- Regular performance reporting and analysis to management
- Identify and provide input to the business on strategic topics, to promote development in the business
- Creating and maintaining growth and commissioning plans as required and defined by the business, and govern local activities accordingly
- Data and process responsible for Nordic capacity planning e.g., assist in the creation of a capacity plan and monitor it within the areas within in the Nordic and validate and update capacity forecast on regular basis
- Regular information exchange with Area Managers and key stakeholders to continuously improve the capacity situation
- Act as liaison with other key Vestas functions like Global Business Improvement, Global Operation Mgt. Office and Finance.
Qualifications
- Some years of experience from a similar role from a larger organization or a consultancy
- A relevant educational background or alternatively solid experience from a similar role
- Good IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning tools e.g.: SAP, Microsoft Power BI, Access, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and SQL – Structured Query Language
- Experience in handling smaller development / improvement projects (process & systems)
- Great communication skills in English.

- Self-organized and good at time management and stress resistant
- Good communication, facilitation and presentation skills on Management level
- Good at stakeholder management and good business understanding.
