We are currently looking for a skilled and engaged BIM Coordinator/Space Manager. You will work at our office in Virum, however, there could be periods working from our office in Kalundborg or other sites in the area around Copenhagen.
Does the idea of work and coordinate in 3D excite you? Do you like to work with people in a project environment and contribute to solve cross disciplinary issues when designing pharma facilities? Then you’ll fit right in in Space Management!
Our Space Management department are working with 3D design coordination within pharma and biotechnology. The department have been growing due to the number of bigger projects and therefore we would like to offer an exciting job as Space Manager. How you might spend your days
As a BIM Coordinator/Space Manager, you’ll be part of project management in a multidisciplinary project team where you will:
- Coordinate 3D design across disciplines
- Evaluate the space needed for main equipment.
- Generate and maintain 3D model based on internal and external input.
- Perform cross-disciplinary clash check and solving proposals.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Bachelor of Architectural Technology and Construction (Constructing Architect), Machine technician, M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or similar
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- 2-5 years of design experience
- Experience in use of Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, Dalux or similar in a project environment
