Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for launching one of our new Insurance products globally.
  
  
• Evaluate the risk modelling together with other relevant parties to ensure we offer well balanced product.
  
  
• Responsible for the Profit & Loss of the product by setting up the right price and ensuring the cost is within risk modelling projection.
  
  
• Continuously evaluate and capture customer feedback so we can improve the product offering that results to higher customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Evaluate and improve the end-to-end process of the product from Lead to Agreement, Order handling, and Service Delivery.
  
  
• Closely work with Technology team to enable digital buying journey of the product.
  
  
• Improve customers online and offline experience

• Experience in product management with successful track record in growing global product is a plus. Insurance related capabilities or knowledge is not mandatory requirement but a plus.

• Experience in project management and container logistics are a plus.
  
  
• Very organized, proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude
  
  
• Excellent stakeholder management qualities and highly effective influencing skills at all levels.
  
  
• Ability to deliver results and change in a complex business environment.
