Join our Product Management Team as Experience Researcher
Making life sound better around the globe
GN Hearing provides people across the world with advanced hearing aids that let them hear more, do more and be more than they ever thought possible.
Your responsibilities
In this position you will deliver each step of the user research life cycle, working closely with stakeholders and project teams on prioritisation and objectives. Moreover, you will help maturing our user research capabilities.
You will be closely following user research needs both in Product Management level and within individual projects, translate them into research design, conduct the research and present the outcome to your colleagues in a clear and actionable way.
Within this process, you will be creating materials for research rounds (discussion guides, capture sheets, etc.), coordinate necessary stimuli with your colleagues (mock-ups, prototypes, etc.) as well as organise recruitment, logistics and consent documentation (GDPR).
We imagine you are an experienced profile who is familiar with cross-functional concepting work within product (HW/SW) or service design. Being able to participate in ideation and experience strategy work is a big plus.

You should be able to travel for research rounds (around 6 weeks a year)

Your background and capabilities
- Design, Sociology or Marketing education with 5+ years of research work experience
- Excellent in visual communication and storytelling
- Excellent English skills (for US) or Danish skills (for DK)
- Extra languages are a plus (German, French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese)
- Has experience coordinating with external recruiters and researchers
- General video and photo editing skills
- General graphic design / illustration skills
- Familiar with Adobe and Office suites
- Medical / Consumer Electronics / Consultancy experience is a plus
- Having worked with analytics is a plus

- Eager to utilise your expertise in a transforming organisation
