About the department
Our department Biopharm New Haemophilia Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) in Gentofte purifies high quality products for treatment of haemophilia. As innovation scientist you will be one of 16 different employees in the equipment team in the department.
You will be part of the established Innovation group in our department together with four employees from different teams. As a member of the Innovation group, you will drive innovation across our department and take the lead when it comes to new production technologies and essentially ensure that our factories are equipped for the future and industry 4.0.
The position
In close collaboration with group members, you will become responsible for driving innovation initiatives across our department. You will have an important role in terms of engaging with multiple and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and leverage good ideas within the organisation and ensure that these are brought to light. We expect you to independently seek knowledge of new production technologies outside of the organisation and bring home new ways of continuously modernise and optimise our production. In other words, this position gives you an ample opportunity to work with innovation on a daily basis, influence the way we work, enhance our processes and identify new ways of achieving goals.
Together with your group members, you will present your findings for management and facilitate workshops to ensure the innovation journey towards Industry 4.0. You will identify new ideas and remove obstacles to ensure that ideas are transformed into projects which can be executed by you or other colleagues in the department.
Qualifications
You hold an academic degree within natural sciences (e.g. Engineering or similar) combined with 3-4 years of work experience from the pharmaceutical industry within production, process support or equipment support. It is considered an advantage, if you have experience with planning projects and successful implementation.
As a person, you are curious and have an innovative mindset. You are energetic and like to challenge status quo while focusing on solutions and opportunities, and you have strong interpersonal skills, show engagement and authenticity. You work independently and are able to engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels. We expect you to have good communication and presentation skills as well as strong command of both written and spoken Danish and English.
