TECHNICAL RECRUITER for certified Welders and skilled metal workers!
Davai A/S is looking for the best recruiter within welding and metal construction, preferable with technical background. In this challenging, fast-moving, candidate-driven market, the ideal recruiter will be highly motivated. Work Location:
Itcan be in one of our offices either in Klaipeda, Lithuania, or Grenaa / Hvide Sande in Denmark. New branch office in Latvia and Croatia is optional!
Salary Level: from 4000 euros gross plus bonus and benefits

Responsibilities:
- Recruit / head hunt candidates for welding and metal construction roles,
- Network with potential candidates to promote our brand and to ensure that it attracts qualified professionals,
- Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks,
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure that only the best-qualified are put forward to clients,
- Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles,
- Interview candidates using a combination of methods (ex: structured interview, technical knowledge assessment, behavioral questions),
- Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants,
- Participate in ongoing education program planning for new as well as present staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in recruiting for the welding and metal construction sector,
- Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles,
- Professional level of English language with preferable ability of speaking one of Baltic language as well as Russian,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Excellent organisational, leadership and strategic thinking skills,
- Must have valid driver's license (Category BE).
