A global organization
You become part of a global organization with experienced and dedicated HR colleagues all over the world, including Denmark. Your office will be in Aarhus, and we offer you a key role in bringing Talent Acquisition at Stibo Systems to the next level. At the office in Aarhus, you will join 4 dedicated and capable colleagues, including the Head of Global Talent Acquisition who you will be reporting to.

Active sourcing and building talent pools
As a key part of our global recruitment effort, you will primarily be working actively with search and sourcing to optimize and attract a strong talent pool for open positions as well as building talent pipelines for future needs.
The main tasks and responsibilities of the job are:
- Continue building on the already existing research function and help us globalize the function
- Do active sourcing on specific open recruitments – identify and approach potential candidates
- Build talent pipelines that corresponds to future business needs
- Administrate and update recruitment relevant data in our ERP system (Workday)
- Support ongoing recruitments e.g., CV screening, reference checks etc.
We are looking for someone who are passionate about recruiting, research, has a strong set of analytical skills and possess a keen eye for details. It’s an advantage if you have a few years of experience with talent searching. We enjoy being a team and often work on projects together, but it’s important that you can also work independently and create your own structure. You are eager to learn, flexible and service minded.
Moreover, you:
- Hold an MA degree or equivalent experience equipping you with strong research and analytical skills
- Have some experience with active search and sourcing via LinkedIn
- Get a kick when you find “the perfect match“ for a position
- Are interested in tech and have a good understanding of it as well
- Speak and write Danish and English fluently
