We’re looking for a Formulation Scientist to take part in developing our customized skincare products and take charge of the continuous iteration and efficiency monitoring of existing product portfolios, thereby ensuring a constant optimization. In order to succeed in the job, you’ll need an innovative and agile and be capable of prioritising, and have insight into skin diseases and formulation chemistry.
All relevant scientific backgrounds will be taken into consideration - our priority is that you are not afraid to experiment and sometimes fail because without failure we don’t push the limits of conventional thinking enough to make a difference.

In this role, you should have great knowledge of pathology and a tech-savvy mindset in order to really understand the user’s needs and translate it to relevant development initiatives and prioritize in opportunities to where the impact is greatest. Further, we are looking for:
A relevant scientific educational background is needed for instance within biology, chemistry, molikulær biomedicine.

- Sort in user feedback and data and prioritize the areas where we can make the biggest impact
- Research on ingredients and potential product restraints and find solutions to our users’ needs based on an informed basis
- Formulate and refine physical products for unmet user segments, and own the performance of the products based on user feedback
- Educate our team and share your knowledge across function so we keep developing
