We are looking for a Mixed Methods UX Researcher to join our Copenhagen office as soon as possible in a full-time position.

You’ll be part of the Service Design team that is based in Copenhagen - Denmark, and you’ll be working alongside a growing team of Product Designers, UX Designers, and UX Research.
We’re looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of full-time experience in UX research, preferably from an in-house position in a digital product organization.
As UX Researcher, you will be responsible for planning, scoping, conducting and communicating research. This entails:

To succeed in this role, it is important that you enjoy applying both quantitative and qualitative methods to your work in a fast-paced environment where rapid research is conducted on a weekly basis. Additionally, you have strong interpersonal skills that give you the ability to connect with colleagues across the organization. You understand how to balance business needs and user needs while being a dedicated advocate of a user-centred, evidence-based approach to product development. And you understand why it’s important to spend time explaining the value of your research and being transparent about your work processes.

We respect your time, so the case is a "mini-case" and will be open up until the position is closed, thats giving you the flexibility to solve it whenever it fits your schedule. After the submission deadline, we will review all the completed cases, and you will receive detailed feedback on your case solution.
We want every person in Vivino to feel welcomed and included and to be able to utilize their talents in the best way possible. That is why we will pick the best case solutions, and these candidates will receive an invitation to complete the TT-38 talent test.
Based on the case solution and the best match to a cultural alignment in Vivino, 5-10 candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
Candidates who are not selected for the personal interview will receive a detailed feedback report for their talent test.

You’ll be part of the Service Design team that is based in Copenhagen - Denmark, and you’ll be working alongside a growing team of Product Designers, UX Designers, and UX Research.
We’re looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of full-time experience in UX research, preferably from an in-house position in a digital product organization.
As UX Researcher, you will be responsible for planning, scoping, conducting and communicating research. This entails:
- Recruiting users internally and externally for research projects
- Planning, conducting and moderating research to make sure the right questions are being asked
- Analyzing findings of usability tests, surveys and interviews conducted
- Guiding Product Managers and Product/UX Designers in conducting their own research
- Advising cross-functional partners (marketing, brand, sales etc.) on which methodologies to use and when
- Communicating, advocating for, and socializing actionable insights in a clear and compelling way
- Actively contributing to the UX Research team culture, processes, and documentation.

Quantitative Skills
- Familiarity with quantitative research methods, utilizing analytics, A/B tests, and card sorting
- Experience crafting surveys and polls on web and apps
- Some experience in synthesizing quantitative, tagging results, text analysis, sentiment analysis, looking for patterns and correlations using your preferred tools (Excel, SPSS, R, Python etc.)
- Quantifying usability tests and benchmarking results using different industry metrics
Qualitative Skills
- Experience with conducting both remote and in-person research
- Experience in conducting moderated and unmoderated usability testing
- Experience in recruiting and incentivizing participants
- Experience with semi-structured interviews, ethnographic studies, field research and diary studies
- Presenting insights in an engaging way (video summaries, storytelling, audio compilations, artifacts etc.)
- Experience with setting up repositories is a plus but not required
General Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A degree in human factors, cognitive sciences, anthropology, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field or relevant experience
- The ability to speak, read and write English fluently
