For our Copenhagen HQ, we are now looking for a Compensation & Benefits Coordinator whowill play a key role in organising and maintaining expanding personnel records and engaging in process improvement and automation, all the while supporting the global Operations team with the coordination and optimisation of payroll, compensation and benefits processes. For our Copenhagen HQ, we are now looking for a Compensation & Benefits Coordinator whowill play a key role in organising and maintaining expanding personnel records and engaging in process improvement and automation, all the while supporting the global Operations team with the coordination and optimisation of payroll, compensation and benefits processes. In this sense, our new colleague should be detail-oriented and equally comfortable crunching numbers or developing relationships with business stakeholders.What you'll do:
- Organise, maintain and ensure accuracy of personnel records within the company HRIS
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of company policies and handbooks – particularly those affecting payroll and benefits
- Support our accountants and payroll processes by ensuring that benefits administration is completed and that necessary data is provided to our external payroll provider
- Play an administrative role in all employee onboarding, employment change, offboarding and vacation processes, as well as reporting on maternity/paternity leave, sickness etc.
- Finalize new employment contracts and labour authority registrations
- Identify areas for process improvement through automation, systems integration, etc.
- Ensure all aspects of personnel reporting and analysis, salary benchmarking, FTE, turnover and cost of providing benefits
What you'll need:
- At least 2 years of prior experience in similar role or field
- Knowledge of relevant regional employment legislation, ideally covering one or more of our offices in Copenhagen, Berlin, New York and Sofia
- A talent for working with numbers and formulas within Excel, including functions like Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills (other languages are a plus)
- A service-minded and problem-solving attitude
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to daily work
