Do you want to drive and impact a variety of early and late stage drug product development projects? In that case you should apply for the position as Drug Product Coordinator (DPC) in CMC Drug Product Development.

The job

As drug product coordinator you are responsible for the formulation development activities and strategies for drug product, through project management. Together with other DPCs in the team you will be responsible for driving the projects through the different stages of clinical development and collaborate within CMC Development and with our colleagues in Product Supply as well as other areas of the R&D organization or contract manufacturers.

You will be a member of the CMC Project Core Team where you will be responsible for planning and coordinating development activities within your expertise area and ensure deliveries according to project plan. In particular, you will lead a sub-project team in an engaging and motivating way and participate in writing and compiling regulatory applications and various internal and external documentation. You will coordinate the transfer of project activities from our research unit to CMC Development and further on to our manufacturing unit Product Supply or to a contract manufacturer. Additionally, you will communicate and coordinate with stakeholders within and outside CMC Development.

Qualifications

You hold an MSc in Pharmacy, Engineering or another relevant field within natural sciences. Your degree is supplemented with min. 4-6 years of experience and you have gained in-depth knowledge of working within R&D, drug product development or QA.

You have a high level of energy to drive activities and engage your colleagues forward. You are result-oriented and take pride in delivering on your milestones, and you motivate your colleagues with a positive, forthcoming attitude. You work well independently, although it also motivates you to cooperate with colleagues and stakeholders across functions and departments. Lastly, you must have fluency in written and spoken Danish (or another Scandinavian language) and English.

About the department

Your new department, CMC Drug Product Development - Project Office, consists of 35 employees located in Måløv. The department is involved in early and late stage drug product development, analytical development and chemical and biological characterization of new entities moving thorough the clinical development phases of drug product development.
