Job Description
Danfoss is looking for a talented Senior Recruiter to join our dedicated Talent Acquisition team, who are supporting our Northern European Region with recruitment services with a clear focus on attracting and recruiting the best talents in the market for our business. You will be responsible of managing end-to-end recruitments based on our global processes and in close cooperation with hiring managers and other stakeholders. You will be acting as advisor and process expert while updating job descriptions, identifying key job responsibilities and criteria for success in order to source candidates effectively. Last, but not least, you will be playing an active part and being an ambassador for promoting Danfoss as employer of choice and securing the best possible candidate experience.
Our Talent Acquisition team is primarily working out of our headquarter in Nordborg, Denmark.
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have an educational record at Master Level and 1-3 years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience preferably within a technical or sales orientated industry or recruitment consultancy.

- Fluent Danish and English language skills.

- Self-motivation, strong time management skills and a structured mind.
